Edison Zhao, the senior paralegal of Pan Law Group, first joined the firm in 2014. Under his supervision, Pan Law Group’s EB-5 Program
practice has seen impressive and substantial growth over the past few years. The firm has independently filed over 300 EB-5 petitions with
none being denied. Edison has also garnered extensive and successful experience in dealing with EB-5 requests for evidence (“RFE”) and
notices of intent to deny (“NOID”). It is to be observed that under the supervision of Pan Law Group’s attorneys, Edison has also reopened
cases denied by USCIS and provided invaluable help in enabling the firm to win these cases.
